Framing Hanley Releases “Criminal” Music Video

Tennessee-based rockers Framing Hanley released their official music video for “Criminal,” the lead single off their new album, The Sum Of Who We Are. The video was directed by Mason Dixon, making this the sixth time the band has worked with the director. The official video for “Criminal” premiered on FUSE and is now widely available on the band’s official YouTube.

“As soon as ‘Criminal’ was chosen as the lead single, I knew that we’d be able to come up with something really different with Mason for a video,” said lead singer Kenneth Nixon of the video and the band’s relationship with Dixon. “I don’t think this is a predictable video for the song and what it’s about, and that’s what we wanted to do: something different.”

The Sum Of Who We Are was released on April 29, following an exclusive album stream on Billboard.com. Nixon refers to the album as “the best work we’ve done so far.” He goes on: “To finally have this baby – and I say ‘baby’ because that’s what it feels like this album became – but to finally have it out to the public, and in our fans’ ears, it’s an amazing feeling. We know this is a collection of songs that accurately depicts where we are as artists. It’s something that we’re very proud of, so it feels good to have that out there, finally.”

In support of the album, Framing Hanley has been on tour with Devour The Day and Starset. Remaining tour dates are below. Tickets are available here.
