Harry Styles - Forever Forever music video

Harry Styles Makes Mysterious Comeback With New Video

As the world awaits a fourth album from Harry Styles, social media went abuzz on Saturday, December 27, 2025, when a new music video was released on Styles’ YouTube channel at 12:00 pm EST. However, the video content was not actually new. In fact, the latest music video was old footage from his final Love On Tour show at the RCF Arena in Reggio Emilia, Italy, on July 22, 2023.

Entitled “Forever, Forever,” the eight-minute and thirty-one-second performance video begins with images of fans waiting, dancing, singing, and interacting with one another before the show. Three minutes into the video, Harry takes the stage and sits at his piano. He says in Italian, “L’ho scritto per le,“ or in English,  “I wrote this for you,” as the crowd excitedly responds. He exhales and begins to play a slow, soft piano ballad center stage, adorned in a gold-fringed, glittered vest.

It is basically a three-camera shoot. The first performance shot features his silhouette in front of a distant spotlight looking at him from the right. Next, an unsteady camera cuts from behind, revealing only the left side of his back and his left hand, wearing his signature S gold pinky ring. The camera then cuts up before returning to the silhouette shot and his right-side profile, followed by shots of front-row fans, visibly overwhelmed with emotion, smiling and crying as they watch in awe.

The camera then cuts back to Harry as he nods to his band, and a soft flute enters the ballad, followed by low trumpet accompaniment, fading in and then both fade out. A few more bars, the crowd cheers, and Harry finishes his performance, saying “Gratzie” (Thank you in Italian). Here, he stands and waves goodbye to his fans as fireworks go off in the distance, making for an emotional farewell. The video ends with the words, “We Belong Together.” However, this was it – no other information and no news about an upcoming single or album, leaving fans to wonder.

This video release of Harry Styles’ special instrumental piano piece “Forever, Forever” is the first new offering from Styles, who has largely been out of the spotlight since his tour. Although the release of the performance video has sparked thousands of comments from fans,  there is still much speculation about when he will return. Posted reactions to the video include: “Brother finally remembered his channel’s password,” “it’s like seeing your ex after 3 years,” and “This is either about to be the craziest comeback or the saddest goodbye.”

While Harry Styles has not officially announced a new album, intense fan speculation and the surprise video suggest his fourth album (called by fans as HS4) is expected in early 2026. Following the pattern of his past album releases and hints of recent studio activity, Styles tends to release albums every two to three years. However, he is now approaching the three-year mark since the release of his last album, Harry’s House, in May 2022. Harry Styles’ personal record label is Erskine Records, with his music distributed through Columbia Records (Sony Music), giving him complete artistic control.

Speculation continues to intensify since the surprise video release of “Forever, Forever,” sparking theories about an imminent comeback. Adding to the excitement, photos of Styles at New York recording studios, accompanied by Zoë Kravitz, the daughter of Lenny Kravitz, in late 2025, also suggest new music is in the works. While no official confirmation has been made, anticipation continues to build about the return of Harry Styles.
