“Take It Back” blends extremely catchy riffs with bewitching hooks and infectious melodies and is out now at all digital outlets, a sneak peek from the band’s upcoming album Now out later this summer. Both the song and album were produced and mixed by Max Heyes (Oasis, Paul Weller, Primal Scream).

Hailing from both South America and the Wynwood Art District, Fl, Prime Ministers have already begun to make their mark with electrifying performances at Colombia’s Rock Al Parque, Austin’s SXSW, and UK’s Great Escape Festival as well as recently sharing the stage with Santana. The band is now eager to bring their music and message to the masses with their second full-length album and first North American release Now, out later this summer.

Their message resounds just as loudly as the riffs, drums, and vocals. “The responsibility we have as artists is huge,” they say. “You have to be honest enough to talk about human experiences people can relate to. The material bullshit is overdone already. We hope people feel fulfilled and inspired when they hear our songs. We want every moment to mean something.”

Prime Ministers don’t live up to their band name—they’re definitely not a bunch of boring old politicians without any answers. Instead, they want to give you something to believe in.
