The Rumours “Want Ya” Music Video

It goes without saying that 2020 was a rough year for many of us. Filled with uncertainty, solidarity, and anxiety, three piece rockers The Rumours found their own silver lining, new music! Faced with the inability to perform gigs, they took the time to write, and that is where the brand new single “Want Ya” took shape.

Out of Waterloo, Iowa, this fearsome threesome is made up of Carli Foxx on lead vocals/guitars, Ela Rose on bass/backing vocals, and Daniel Kluiter on drums/backing vocals. Featuring a sound which marries Punk Rock attitude with classic Hard Rock grit, they possess the exact rawness Rock-n-Roll needs to survive. Playing shows and building a buzz, they eventually put out their full-length album HOTBANG in 2018, but now they taking it to the next level with “Want Ya.” Check out the new music video below:

As mentioned, a song which came out of the band’s ‘quarantine sessions’ of 2020, the video has a direct Horror-themed inspiration, immediately attracting your attention. A track produced, mixed and mastered by Ari Mihalopoulos (of Destrophy, ex- Otep), “Want Ya” rocks, rolls, and no doubt will get you moving. A strong step forward for a young band, The Rumours have a bright future ahead.
