poltergeistIIThis week in horror movie history back in 1986 Poltergeist II: The Other Side was released in movie theaters everywhere.  It featured the return of the original family, who are once again confronted by a spirit trying to harm their daughter, Carol Anne.  Although not as successful as the original film it did gross $40,996,665.
