Over the years Sweden’s In Flames has built a leading name in modern metal that demands respect. Over the progression of ten studio albums, the once melodic death metal band have successful morphed into a hybrid that alternative metal fans can not get enough of. Now three years after the gold selling Sounds of a Playground Fading album, In Flames is set to release their eleventh studio album titled Siren Charms on September 9th via Sony/ RED.
Formed in 1990, In Flames look to continue with their ever progressing sound once again and delivery what is being called their best album to date. The band states “We recorded in the legendary Hansa Tonstudios in Berlin over the course of six intense weeks. This is In Flames 2014, all for the fans to use and abuse.”
Prior to its September 2014 release the band will unleash their first single off the album titled “Rusted Nail”. Also keep your eyes open for In Flames tour plans of North America for the first time since February 2013.
