Calif. alternative rock trio, Smile Empty Soul, has announced additional tour dates for May/June following the completion of the West Coast, “Civil Unrest Tour,” with Wayne Static, Otep, Dope and more. After wrapping up the 11-city “Civil Unrest Tour” on May 20, the band will headline several dates throughout the remainder of the month. The trio will then meet up with Wayne Static for additional supporting dates beginning June 1. “We’re excited to be touring with this great group of bands that have been doing this at a high level for so long,” said Smile Empty Soul guitarist/vocalist, Sean Danielsen, with regards to the upcoming “Civil Unrest” run. “It’s a real quality lineup.”
Smile Empty Soul is touring in support of its sixth studio album, Chemicals, which released in October 2013.
The band recently wrapped up an extensive February/March co-headlining run with Hed PE on the “Chemical Free Tour” before appearing at Monster Energy’s Welcome To Rockville in Jacksonville, Fla. last weekend.
